Key Lime Pie
Company Showed up at the last minute, what easy desserts do you have up your sleeve. This one is quick and easy.
One package of Jello Key Lime No Cook Pudding and Pie Mix. Mix according to instructions on package. Pour into an eight inch pre-packaged graham cracker crust. Place pie in the freezer about forty five minutes before you are going to serve it. It won’t be frozen hard, but it will have a nice cold taste to it. Cut it into pieces and put on serving plates. Just before serving, place some cool whip or other type of whipped topping on top. This in a nice cool refreshing dessert for a warm summer evening.
