Trends Come and Trends Go
Trends come and go. And often, they resurface twenty years later. This happens in music, as well as in clothing. As a Personal Fashion Consultant, I have seen a wide range of modes of dress. I remember when jeans were only worn by people who worked on a farm, or some other hard labor job. Wearing jeans was a sign of low class. In the seventies, jeans became a standard item, but when a pair got a hole in them, they were given to charity. It is amazing that now people pay three times as much for a pair of jeans just because they have just the right amount of holes in the right places. I’m hoping this is one trend that reverses itself soon.
