Proper Nutrition for Building Muscles

Being a dietitian, I am responsible to promote good health through proper eating. In the hospital, I provide medical nutritional intervention for patients. I usually require and advise patients to eat a healthy, balanced meal. A balanced diet must contain carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and fiber. I constantly remind them that these things are very important. Like, for example, if there is not enough protein in their diet, they will not be able to grow properly and will not be able to repair wounds as protein is good for building muscles. If they do not have enough carbohydrates in their food, they will feel very tired because they will not have enough energy. So, my best advice is to take a balanced meal every day. There is no harm in being conscious in what you eat.
