Preparing Simple Cod Fish Recipe
Performing a bit of a twist with these cods may generate some interest from the younger kids. Altering a typical cod to a ‘fish and chips’ delicacy, needs basic preparation.
Peeled potatoes, flour, salt, eggs, cup of milk and cod are the principal ingredients with the said cod dish. Once the ingredients are ready, in a bowl, mix the salt, flour and milk to form a batter.
Use some of the flour to coat the cod fillets.
Be sure that the oil’s temperature is around 190C then fry the fillets with batter until golden brown and do the same with the potatoes too.
For much better display, remove excess oil from the chips and fillets utilizing absorbent kitchen paper.
