Looking into the Possibility of Becoming a Pastry Chef
I have to admit, I am very blessed. There are a lot of things in my life that I enjoy doing, and do very well. I am an accomplished seamstress; I am very good at decorating; and I love to cook and spend time in the kitchen. My mom is also a very good cook, but she inevitably calls on me to do the baking because she does not like the preciseness that is required for baking. The other day, I wondered “how do I become a pastry chef?” That set the wheels in motion and I am now looking into this possibility.
